This policy explains what Skay Crafts does with personal information collected through this website. Skay Crafts builds software, websites, branding, digital marketing and AI systems, and operates from India.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. Through the contact form on this site, that is:

• Your name
• Your company name, if you give one
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you give one
• What you need, and the message you write

If you email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever that conversation contains.

Collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs of requests to this site, which include IP addresses, and our database provider keeps equivalent logs. These are kept for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking script. Fonts and images are served from our own site, so browsing here does not report your visit to anyone else.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss the work you are asking about
• To prepare a quote or proposal, and to deliver work you engage us for
• To keep the site secure and working

We do not sell your information, rent it, or use it for advertising. We do not send marketing email to people who only sent an enquiry.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, this website is hosted by Railway, and Resend delivers the notification email that tells us an enquiry has arrived, and the confirmation email we send to the address you give us. All three hold data on our behalf and may process it outside India. Email and call records sit with our email and phone providers. Each of these providers has its own security measures and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for up to two years afterwards, so we have a record of what was discussed. Records relating to paid work are kept as long as tax and contract law requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is seen by the Skay Crafts team. Beyond the hosting and database providers above, we share personal information only when the law requires it, or when you ask us to. We have no advertising partners and no data brokers.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information about you we hold
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
• Stop using it for a particular purpose

Email us and we will act on it within 30 days. These rights apply under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and we extend the same handling to everyone who contacts us, wherever they are.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions go straight to our database over an encrypted connection, the database is configured so that the website can add an enquiry but cannot read any enquiry back, and access to stored enquiries requires an account we control. No system is perfect, but we do not keep anything here that we do not need.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
